1. Corrosion resistance:


The corrosion resistance of "55% aluminium-zinc coated steel coil" comes from the barrier layer protection function of aluminum and the sacrificial protection function of zinc. When zinc is sacrificed to protect the cut edge, scratch and scratch of the coating, aluminum forms an insoluble oxide layer and ACTS as a barrier protection. Aluminum - zinc alloy steel coils have been exposed to various atmospheric conditions for more than 20 years. 2. Heat resistance:


The heat resistance of 55% al - zn alloy steel plate is better than that of galvanized steel plate. Aluminium-zinc alloy steel plate can be used in high temperature environment up to 315 degrees.


3. Reflectivity:


The high reflectivity of 55% al - zn alloy steel plate makes it a thermal barrier. The thermal reflectance of aluminium-zinc plated steel plate is almost twice that of galvanized steel plate. Therefore, it can also save energy to act as roof and panel without being painted.


4. Lacquer:


Because of the excellent adhesion between the zinc layer of aluminium-zinc plated steel plate and the paint, it can be painted without pretreatment or weathering treatment when it is used for general purposes. Galvanized steel needs weathering treatment and pretreatment.
