Color Roll Substrate Characteristics
Jul 11, 2018

Galvanized zinc plating substrate: the coating is thinner, less corrosion-resistant than hot-dip galvanized substrate;

Hot-dip galvanized substrate: the galvanized sheet is immersed in a molten zinc bath to attach a layer of zinc to its surface. This galvanized sheet has good coating tightness and weldability.

Hot aluminized zinc substrate:

The product is 55%AL - Zn plated, and has excellent corrosion resistance. It is the replacement of galvanized sheet.

Product features:

(1) it has good durability, and its corrosion resistance is longer than that of galvanized steel.

(2) it has good heat resistance and is less likely to change color at high temperature than galvanized steel.

(3) good thermal reflectance;

(4) similar processing performance and spraying performance to galvanized steel plate;

(5) good welding performance.

(6) good performance ratio, durable performance and competitive price. Therefore, building designers, engineers and manufacturers have aluminium zinc steel plate is widely used in industrial building, steel structure and civil facilities, such as: the garage door, gutters and roof, etc.
